The highly qualified design team of L&T Hydraulics has special expertise in application engineering. Our products are designed using the latest 2D/3D Modelling techniques, FEA analysis and Simulation Software.
L&T Hydraulics practices a 4 Level Quality Management system encompassing Operators, Inspectors, Auditors, and Team members of all departments - Design, Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance & Marketing.
A Monthly Quality Review within product units and at the apex level is practiced to review improvements and the effectiveness of QMS.
Regular meetings are held with customer representatives to understand and improve the products/services.
Further, the quality of the raw material, and outsourced products or processes is ensured by a stringent vendor qualification system. Regular surveillance audits are carried out to ensure compliance.
We are certified under ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001:2004.
The Metrology lab is equipped with a Carl Zeiss Co-ordinate measuring machine, Taylor Hobson form tester and metallurgical microscope with data recording facility. We also have in-house systems & facility for calibration of all instruments and gauges.
The R&D laboratory is equipped with a Cylinder endurance testing facility to test new designs of hydraulic cylinders developed by us for specialised applications.
We have also built customised test set-ups for our clients to handle special test requirements such as inertia testing and re-generation endurance testing for hydraulic motors and drives.
We also have associations with renowned labs in the country for carrying out any special testing based on our customers’ needs.
